The idea
A mystery word, six guesses and a choice: solve it yourself, or ask for one more clue. Beginners always have a way forward; experienced players can aim for an unaided three-star solve.
Hand-written puzzles
Every clue, meaning and example sentence is written for the game, and every groups board is checked so only one arrangement works. The guess list comes from the English Speller Database (SCOWL).
