Is One More Clue free?
Yes. Every puzzle is free to play in your browser with no download and no sign-in.
When does the daily puzzle change?
At 00:00 UTC every day, including weekends. Everyone gets the same Daily Word and Daily Groups puzzle for the same UTC date.
Do I need to press Enter?
No. When the fifth letter goes in, the guess checks itself. Words that are not in the word list, or that you already tried, never cost a guess.
How do the stars work?
One star for solving, one for solving in four guesses or fewer, and one for solving without extra clues. They are independent.
How many mistakes can I make in Groups?
Four. “One away” means three of your four words belong together.
Can I keep playing after the daily puzzle?
Yes. The Journey has endless levels with word puzzles and word groups.
How is my progress saved?
As a guest, in this browser. Sign in with a free NHBCoin wallet to keep it on every device.
Can people cheat?
Answers are never sent to your browser before a puzzle ends: every guess is checked on our server, which keeps leaderboards fair.
Do you track me?
